My contract was up in July 2014 so I renewed it and was told that my price wouldnt go above 145 with taxes for 2 yrs. I just got out of the hospital yesturday and low and behold my bill is going up 20.00. I called them and they gave me the run around about the promotion that they gave me is ending next month and was only good for a year. They said they would look to see if they could give me any new deals. After being on hold for awhile they said no but said another department could help me and transferred me. Of coarse they fed me a lot of nonsense and put me on hold and later said no theres nothing they could do. Im stuck in a contract that I didnt sign for. Im disabled, just found out I have another auto immune disease and hospital bills up the wall. I cant afford to get out of a contract. I can't wait till next year when I switch to someone different. I already inform a friend who's contract was going to be up in  a few months and she was thankful for me imforming her and already is in the process of switching to bright house.

Now finding out its cheaper to change to bright house. It would be only 132 thats including taxes, but I cant change, since im stuck in a contact with verizon.
